Cannabis seed technology has evolved over the years, with feminized seeds revolutionizing the industry in the 1990s by yielding only female plants, making cultivation easier, and ensuring plants have a wealth of cannabinoids. Autoflowering strains, which initially had low THC content and modest yields, have since been refined, resulting in fast flowering periods, high potency, and big yields.
Cannabis seeds are legal in Poland and can be possessed as well as bought and sold by adults. But that’s the end of the story. Those who grow cannabis, including the smallest home growers, face prison sentences. So what are the technologies for producing cannabis seeds?

In Poland, only the cultivation of cannabis seeds is legal. Provided, of course, that the plants have an acceptable limit of psychoactive THC at a trace level of 0.3 percent. While farmers can produce seeds in the form of fiber hemp seeds, the production of cannabis seeds is no longer possible. Perhaps this will change with the launch of state-controlled medical cannabis cultivation.
In fact, the process of producing hemp seeds has been perfected for thousands of years. However, it is in recent decades that cannabis has undergone revolutionary changes. They were the answer to the needs of the most demanding growers.
Cannabis cultivators did not want to lose half of their crop by using only regular cannabis seeds. Therefore, in the 1990s came the time of feminized seeds, which revolutionized the market and the cannabis industry. Cannabis seeds that yield only female plants were a grower’s dream. Cultivation became a whole lot easier, and the plants became secure and full of a wealth of cannabinoids.
The cannabis seed industry was admittedly not shaken at first by autoflowering strains, which appeared on the market at the beginning of the 21st century and had a low THC content and modest yield. By now, however, autoflowering seeds have been so refined in cultivation, as well as laboratory research, that it’s hard to imagine growing cannabis without them.
It’s all due to their fast flowering period, high potency, influenced by high THC concentrations, and really abundant yields. In the coming years, probably more than one more revolution will surprise growers and smokers. As we know, more cannabis hybrids are still being developed, and the development of science and technology may bring more than one more surprise.
First of all, cannabis seed producers offering both indoor and outdoor seeds, or feminized and automatic seeds pay special attention to the manufacturing process, showing great care and accuracy in production.
Seed production is carried out under the most optimal and best-growing conditions, starting with soil, temperature, humidity, and ensuring proper air circulation.
The produced seeds are, in turn, stored under sterile conditions and proper temperature. As you know, it’s easy to spoil your reputation and lose the trust of your customers, which is why the assortment of hemp seeds offered by the stores are only proven products in original packaging.
