The business, therefore, offers customers branded products that have an eye-catching green logo with the figure of a cannabis leaf. This includes backpacks, hats, t-shirts and ready-to-eat products such as tea, coffee or sweets.

The person in charge of the franchise explained that in the first days the Chupa Chups – which are sold in various flavors – and the cookies have been very well received at the new cannabis shop in Málaga.

“Everything we sell is completely legal,” he pointed out.

Italian cannabis store franchise makes its way across Europe

Born in Rotterdam, the head of the local franchise explained that he met the owners of the company on one of his many trips to the Costa del Sol. During a visit to Marbella, he passed by the store and liked the concept.

Since then, he started to investigate before he managed to open his cannabis shop in Málaga’s city centre. Cannabis Store Amsterdam has more than 20 stores all over Europe, from London to Montpellier.

The Office had refused to register a figurative sign consisting of a black background with a pattern of green marijuana leaves on which “Cannabis Store Amsterdam” can be read in white capital letters as a European trademark.
