Locals open new CBD store in Mainz, Germany

The active ingredient CBD is used in many products. Two Mainz-based companies are now opening a CBD store in the old town. When the word hemp is used, many people think directly about cannabis. The two owners, Hüseyin Dündar and Lokman Er, are from Mainz. Both have known each other since their childhood.

Hüseyin is the co-founder of “Grünes Gold,” while Lokman is a banker. Both have been dealing with the topic of CBD for more than two years. After the opportunity arose to open a CBD shop in Mainz, they didn’t want to wait long.

It is the first shop outside of Hessen. The two operators describe it as a “shop to touch.” The customers should have the opportunity to inform themselves and to be advised.

Dündar and Er want to fight actively against the negative image of the cannabis plant and put the positive effects in the foreground. This is one of the reasons for this new CBD store in Mainz.

It was important for both of them to fight against the stigma of hemp as an illegal drug. Of course, they are curious to see how the CBD store in Mainz will be received.

“We believe in our idea and the concept of CBD and we are sure that we can convince the “Meenzers” as well,” said Dündar and Er.
