“This is a historic moment, without any precedent worldwide. This is why Khiron must continue to meet the needs of people. The launch of the teleconsultation service was made possible thanks to the medical expertise of our staff and the patient network already established. In the initial phase, the teleconsultations will address the priority needs of patients. In addition, the company is currently advancing collaborative programs with third parties to ensure that the program meets the requirements for insurance coverage.

“Understanding the challenges we may face this season, we decided to deliver 300 nutritional kits to vulnerable families who do not receive any benefits from the Government. These families are located in the 13 villages of Piedras. We also delivered a donation of essential hospital supplies to the San Sebastian Hospital in Piedras and will make available a health professional, as well as a head nurse, whose function will be to support the work of the medical center and improve care during the emergency,” added the company’s CEO.
